Activity Log is used for monitoring and reviewing real-time door entry data.
Column Titles Breakdown
- Occurred: This shows the time a person entered the door or gate, which helps in tracking access events and monitoring security in real-time.
- Site: This refers to the facility where the access event occurred.
- Location: This identifies which specific access control device (reader) was used for the entry. If you have multiple readers installed at your facility, this field will describe which reader the activity occurs at.
- User: This field displays the user who entered the door based on their credentials. By clicking on the user's name, you’ll be redirected to their complete profile within Rhomb, where you can view detailed information, including their personal details, payment methods, and purchasing history.
- Action: This specifies the type of action taken, such as entry (Open), or failed entry (Failed Access).
Column Sorting
Use the arrows on the right of each column title (highlighted below) to sort your data in the ways you wish.
Activity Log Filtering
Use the search bar on the right to filter your activity log and find a specific entry or group of entries. For example, use if you want to see all activities from a particular day.
