Adding an Application to Brivo OnAir

Overview

This section describes how to add a third-party, integrated, application to the Brivo OnAir system.  Before the API can be activated, the Brivo OnAir API Authorization form must be completed by the Brivo OnAir customer, and the Brivo Software Partner (aka third-party application).  Please contact Latitude Security Customer Support for more information about obtaining the authorization form.

Adding an Application

  1. Login to Brivo OnAir using login credentials provided by either the customer or Latitude Security.
  2. Navigate to SETUP >> Account >> Account Settings >> Application Management [tab]
  3. Complete the form:
    1. Application Name
    2. Description
    3. Authentication Type - If you don't know, then consult the development team on the Software Partner side (not Brivo).
    4. Redirect URI - This is optional, and if you don't know this value, then consult the development team on the Software Partner side (not Brivo).
