Password Recovery & Reset
In the event you forget your password you need to use the "Forgot Password" link on the Brivo login page. You will need to know your Administrator ID, which should be an email address (if Latitude Security setup your login). Click the Forgot Password link, circled below in the image, then enter your Administrator ID to have a password reset link emailed to you from the Brivo system.
