Gift Cards
Gift cards are a great way to attract new customers, encourage repeat visits, and give your customers an easy way to share your facility with friends and family.
Rhōmb gift cards are digital. They are redeemed using a unique 16-digit code that is emailed to the customer upon purchase. Available values for purchase are preconfigured and cannot be customized. These values are $10, $25, $50, $100, $250, and $500.
How to Set Up Gift Cards on Your Site
To offer gift cards on your site, you'll need to create a gift card product and make it available for customers to purchase. Here's how:
1. Click Products in the left-hand menu of your admin site.
2. Click the green Add New Product button in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Enter a name for your gift card product and select GIFTCERT as the product type. Click Continue.
4. Once the product has been created, upload an image for your gift card. This image will be displayed on your customer-facing site.
5. Go to the Page Content tab and create a description for your gift card product page. You can customize the description using hyperlinks, fonts, font colors, images, charts, lines, bullets, blocks, and more.
6. Go to the Email Content tab and create the email customers will receive after purchasing a gift card. This email is fully customizable, so you can add your own messaging and instructions for using the gift card.

7. In the left-hand section of the product page, be sure to change the Product Status to Enabled.
This will make the gift card available for customers to purchase on your site.
Redeem a Gift Card
To redeem a purchased gift card, the customer must visit your site, click Redeem Gift Card in the top right corner, and then log in or create an account. They can then enter their gift card code to redeem the balance.
