Creating Your Terms of Service
Your customers are required to check off a box acknowledging your Terms of Service before checkout:
1. To create your Terms of Service, navigate to Checkout TOS Content on your administrative site.
2. Fill out your site's Terms of Service. The Terms of Service should explicitly outline that customers waivers are up-to-date upon checkout. For example:
"All participants are required to have a completed and current waiver on file before accessing our facilities or engaging in any activities. Your waiver includes all minors you are bringing with you in the facility. Failure to provide a valid waiver may result in denied entry or restricted participation."
3. Click "Save Changes"
