Creating Your Liability Waiver

To create the waiver that customers are required to sign before entering your facility, follow these steps: 

1. On your administrative end, navigate to Waivers/Notices, and then click Liability Waiver Content

2.  Fill in the following information: 
  1. Title: The title of the waiver that will be displayed for customers to sign 
  2. Signatory Label: Choose a designation for the person signing, e.g., Parent/Guardian, Adult, or Signatory.
  3. Participant Label: Define how participants should be referred to, e.g., Participant, Minor, or Child.
  4. Content: Ensure the waiver is fully up to date and reflects current legal and business requirements. The waiver must clearly state that only individuals 18 years of age or older are eligible to sign. If any administrative modifications are made to the waiver, all existing customers will be required to complete the updated version before they can continue participating.
3. Click "Save Changes"

PLEASE NOTE: Updating your waiver content will require all users with existing waivers to re-sign the updated version upon their next login.
