Customer Service PIN

Customer Service PIN

The Customer Service PIN is a temporary access code that changes every day. It’s meant to be used in special situations, like if your internet goes down.

  • A new PIN is automatically created in your Brivo system each morning and is tied to your business hours.

  • The code automatically expires at the end of the day.

  • If you lose internet service, the current PIN will remain valid until the connection is restored.

See the steps to follow during an internet outage here.
