Exporting Email Lists

Exporting Email Lists

Rhōmb does not have a direct email marketing feature, as our provider only allows us to send transactional email messages (e.g. order receipts). However, you can easily obtain a list of all your users' email addresses from Rhōmb, which you can then upload into your email marketing service of choice.

To gather the mailing list collected in Rhōmb:

  1. Go to your admin site
  2. Select "Users"
  3. Select "List All Users" from the dropdown menu
  4. Click the Excel export button on the toolbar
    1. The first icon on the toolbar lets you hide columns that aren't needed, so if you would like to export an excel sheet with just your customers' names and emails, hide all other columns by clicking them on dropdown from the first icon in the tool bar
  5. Once you've exported the email address data to Excel, you can then upload the mailing list to an email marketing service like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

Attached is the process to export an Excel file here that contains users with the following columns: first name, last name, and email address.
