Events / Reservations Calendar

To view upcoming events/reservations, use Rhōmb's calendar view. 

How to Access Your Calendar

There are two ways to access your events/reservations calendar: 
1. Within your Events / Reservations settings

2. Clicking on the calendar icon in your administrative header section    

Viewing Events in Your Calendar

Events appear in green on your calendar. 
  1. Light green events are past events.
  2. Dark green events are upcoming events. 
Each event also shows the number of spots booked compared to the total spots available.
Clicking on any event will open a table with all the event’s details.

Viewing  Reservations in Your Calendar
Reservations appear in blue on your calendar. 
  1. Light blue reservations are past reservations.
  2. Dark blue reservations are upcoming reservations. 
Each reservation also shows the number of reservations made during a timeslot. 
Clicking on any event will open a table with all the reservation's details.

Calendar Views

Rhōmb’s calendar offers four viewing options: Month, List, Day, and Week.

  • Your calendar displays all upcoming events and reservations, along with the previous 30 days of activity.

  • In Day View, the calendar automatically starts one hour before your earliest scheduled event or reservation.
