Guest Waivers for Parties/Events

Guest Waivers for Parties/Events

Guest Waiver Overview
Guest waivers are designed for group booking products, such as birthday parties and field trips.  Once a purchase is completed, the primary customer can collect signed digital waivers from their guests using a unique waiver request link. As an admin, you'll be able to print out a waiver list for each event at your facility, including the names, contacts, participants, and ages of all attendees.

If enabled, each guest who completes a waiver will automatically receive the event access code via email.

For Customers:
1. After placing the order, the primary customer will receive three emails:
  1. Door access code email
  2. Order confirmation email
  3. Required Guest Waiver Collection Email: This email informs the primary customer about the guest waiver requirement and explains the next steps for their guests.

  • View the total number of waivers completed by their guests.
  • See the names and contact information of the guests who have completed the waiver.
  • Access the participant information provided by their guests.
