How to Change the Date of a Day Pass

If a customer asks to change the date of their day pass reservation, you can update it from your admin end without needing to issue a refund or requiring the customer to purchase a new pass. Following the steps below will preserve the customer's original order in Rhōmb while updating the date their access credential is active.

How to Change the Date of a Day Pass
1. Navigate to the order page of the customer's day pass order in Rhōmb.

2. Click the ACS User ID hyperlink. This will open the customer's user profile in Brivo.

3. In the Brivo user profile, scroll down to the section titled Credentials.

4. Edit the credential validity dates:
  1. Set the Effective From date to one day before the customer's new visit date.
  2. Set the To date to the customer's new visit date.
3. Save your changes.
