From time to time a simple system reboot can resolve connectivity, lock or reader issues. The following is both a demonstration video for our most common controller, plus a pictorial guide.

Instructions
These reboot instructions apply to either one of the control panels pictured below:
Go to the gray box
containing the door controller and power supply and open the door.
Disconnect one of the
battery terminals – it doesn’t matter if it is the black or red wire.
Unplug the unit from the
wall plug
Wait 15 seconds
Plug back in
Wait 2 minutes for the
unit to fully boot.
Test a valid fob at the
door and see if the door releases.
