Upcoming Reservations

In this section, you can view your upcoming reservations. The following details will be displayed: 

1. Date: The day of the week, date, and time of the reservation. 
   
2. Customer Name: The first and last name of the customer who made the reservation. Clicking on their name will open their customer profile. 
   
3. Product: The type of reservation product selected, such as a Birthday Party Reservation or a Field Trip Reservation. 
   
4. Credential: The access credential for the reservation, typically the PIN code. This is a useful place to go if the customer loses/forgets their PIN code.
   
5. Canceled: If an upcoming reservation has been cancelled, the date that cancellation occurred will be displayed.
6. Actions: Download an iCal file or cancel.
   
1. Click the blue download icon to download a single reservation event to your personal calendar. 
2. Click the red X icon to cancel a reservation, making it available again for others to book.
   

Common Question: How can I filter reservation products to see the names of customers who reserved a specific product? For example, how can I see who booked a birthday party

To see who has booked a specific type of reservation, such as a birthday party, use the "Filter Records" box in the top right corner. Search for the product you're looking for, and the reservation list will update to display only the entries that include that specific product.
