Example: When you want to have Gift Certificates on hand to give out to Customers, maybe at an event, etc.

1. Orders - Create a New order

2. Add Item, Select Gift Certificate

3. Enter in the desired amount, add a unique note/description for each one

4. If you want to create more Gift Certificates, go ahead and repeat the process, just make sure the note/description is unique. If you repeat the text in a Note/description, it will update the line item with that new value you just entered.

5. You need to determine with your Accountant/Bookeeper if you should add a Customer Service Adjustment line in to zero out the total amount of the Gift Certificates, or if you will charge yourself for them.
