Use this process when you need to adjust the price of a product for a single customer.
Examples include:

1. Giving a customer a free day pass
   
2. Giving a customer a gift-certificate.
   
3. Discounting the first month of a customer's membership
   

Step-by-Step

1. In the left menu of your admin end, go to Orders and click Create New Order.

2. Click Add Item.

3. Add the main product to the order and click Add to Cart.

4. Click Add Item again.

5. Add the appropriate adjustment item:
   

1. Choose Customer Service Adjustment – Taxable when the main product includes sales tax.
   

2. Choose Customer Service Adjustment – Non Taxable when the main product is not taxed.
   

6. Click the box titled Price Ea. to update the price to a negative amount that reflects the discount you want to apply.
   

7. Add a brief description of why the adjustment was made. 
   
   

8. Complete the billing address information on behalf of the customer.
   

1. If the customer has made a purchase on your Rhōmb site before, enter their email and press Enter. The system will auto-fill the rest of their information.

9. Click Place Order
