Upcoming Event Bookings

In this section, you can view all upcoming event bookings. Each booking includes the following details:

  1. Date: The day, date, and time of the event.
  2. Customer Name: The first and last name of the customer who booked the event. Clicking their name opens their customer profile.
  3. Product: The name of the event booked, such as Art Class or Music Class.
  4. QTY: The number of spots the customer purchased for the event (for example, how many children they are bringing for Art Class).
  5. Credential: The access credential for the event, usually a PIN code. This is helpful if a customer forgets or loses their code.
  6. Canceled: If the booking was canceled, the date of cancellation will be shown.
  7. Actions: Options to manage the booking.
    1. Download (blue icon): Download a single reservation as an iCal file to add it to your personal calendar.
    2. Cancel (red X icon): Cancel the reservation, making the spot available for others to book.
