The
Users section is designed for user management. Here, you can either search for specific users using the
Find Users tab, view all user data under the
List All Users tab, or create new users under the
Create New User tab. You have the ability to
export, sort, and filter user data. This provides an efficient way to manage and organize your user information.
User Maintenance
Clicking on a specific user allows you to change your customers information and payment when needed. A user profile includes all of your customers' information and activity history.
Edit User
The Edit User button is useful when a customer requests changes to their personal information. Through this feature, the administrator can update details such as the customer's first name, last name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth, based on the customer's request.
Change Payment Method
This feature is helpful when a customer requests to update their credit card information. By clicking this button, the administrator can securely enter a new credit card on file as needed, ensuring the customer's payment details are up-to-date.
On the right-hand section, you'll find several other useful user management features:
- Active/Pending Credentials: This is a helpful place to go if a user forgets their PIN code and needs assistance.
- Membership: Use this feature for managing memberships and billing information.
- Payment History: This allows you to track how much a specific customer has spent.
- Order History: Helpful for seeing how frequently a customer places orders.
- User Activity Log: Provides insights into how often a specific customer visits the facility.
Export Email Lists Using Users Tab
A common use for the User tab is for exporting emails lists.
To create an exportable mailing list from this tab:
- Click on the "Column Visibility" button and deselect all columns except for "Email." This will leave you with only the email addresses displayed.

- Click the Excel export button on the toolbar
- Once you've exported the email address data to Excel, you can then upload the mailing list to an email marketing service like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
