Assigning Credentials to Users
In the event your facility requires physical credentials (key tag, fob, or card) to be issued, this function is performed in the User Administration section of rhōmb. The following are steps on how to perform:
1. Use the Find User function to search for the user the credential is being assigned
2. Click on the user's name to edit the user
3. If no credential has bee assigned, you'll see an action button in the credentials section of the page
4. You can also use the Assign Credential button located on the left-hand side of the form
5. Enter the card ID and provide a brief description of the card user. The description will appear in the activity log when the card us used.
