Revoking Card from User

The following provides instruction on how to recycle a card that was once used by a user and needs to be reassigned to a new user.  

  1. Login is Brivo OnAir as an Admin user (https://acs.brivo.com/)
  2. Go to SETUP >> Cards >> Card Bank
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and use the Jump To field to find the card number that needs to be revoked from the old user.
  4. The row containing the card ID will be highlighted.  Click the RED icon in the Revoke column.
  5. Approve the warning message.
  6. This will make the card available again to be reassigned, whether you are using Brivo to assign or another application such as a membership management program.
