The Orders Tab tracks order history and reservations. You can find existing orders, create new orders, and view reservations.
Find Orders
Viewing existing orders provides a range of useful information based on the selected time frame:
- Created: Displays the date the order was placed.
- Order #: A unique identifier for each order. Clicking on the order number provides detailed information, including the order time, customer details, items purchased, payment method (including if a gift card was used), and the credentials associated with the order. This is a way to find customer credentials if they ask for them.
- Name: The name of the customer who placed the order. Clicking on the name opens their customer profile.
- Email: The email address associated with the order.
- Phone: The customer's phone number.
- ZIP: The ZIP code of the customer.
- Order Total: The total cost of the order.
- Status: Indicates whether the payment for the order was successfully processed. If a payment has failed, the entire row will be highlighted in red.
Similar to other tabs, all data in this section is exportable. Click

Create New Order
This section of the Orders tab allows you, the administrator, to place product orders on your customers' behalf. This is also where you will go when you want to apply a customer service discount on a select order.
Use this function to apply a Customer Service discount on a select customer purchase.
Apply a discount on a product/products:
1. Click the green "Add Item" button located at the top right of this section.
2. Select the item in which you want to apply a customer service discount.
3. Add the selected item to the cart.
4. Click the green "Add Item" button again in the top right.
5. Click the "CS Adjustable" product. For instructions on creating this product, click
here.
6. Adjust the "Price Ea." field to reflect the discount you would like to offer. For example, to give a $10 discount, enter "-$10.00" in this field. See the screenshot below.
7. Add this item to the cart, then put in the email address of your customer. Press the Tab key on your keyboard to automatically fill in the rest of their billing information.
8. Select the customer's payment of choice, and place the order.
Reservations
Here, you can manage your upcoming reservations. The following details will be displayed:
- Date: The day of the week, date, and time of the reservation.
- Customer Name: The first and last name of the customer who made the reservation. Clicking on their name will open their customer profile.
- Product: The type of reservation product selected, such as a Birthday Party Reservation or a Field Trip Reservation.
- Credential: The access credential for the reservation, typically the PIN code. This is a useful place to go if the customer loses/forgets their PIN code.
- Actions: Click the "Red X" to cancel a reservation, making it available again for others to book.
Common Question: How can I filter reservation products to see the names of customers who reserved a specific product? For example, how can I see who booked a birthday party To see who has booked a specific type of reservation, such as a birthday party, use the "Filter Records" box in the top right corner. Search for the product you're looking for, and the reservation list will update to display only the entries that include that specific product.
