Orders

The Orders Tab tracks order history and reservations. You can find existing orders and create new orders

Find Orders

Viewing existing orders provides a range of useful information based on the selected time frame:

  • Created: Displays the date the order was placed.
  • Order #: A unique identifier for each order. Clicking on the order number provides detailed information, including the order time, customer details, items purchased, payment method (including if a gift card was used), and the credentials associated with the order. This is a way to find customer credentials if they ask for them.
  • Name: The name of the customer who placed the order. Clicking on the name opens their customer profile.
  • Email: The email address associated with the order.
  • Phone: The customer's phone number.
  • ZIP: The ZIP code of the customer.
  • Order Total: The total cost of the order.
  • Status: Indicates whether the payment for the order was successfully processed. If a payment has failed, the entire row will be highlighted in red.
Similar to other tabs, all data in this section is exportable. Click here for more details on exporting, sorting, and filtering features.
