Access-type products let customers enter your facility without booking a time slot. Once purchased, the pass remains valid for the duration you set, and customers can leave and re-enter during that period. These products work best for open-access services that don’t require scheduling.
Reservation-type products are intended for spaces/resources that require advanced booking. These products have limited availability and require customers to reserve a specific time slot. Access credentials tied to these reservations remain valid for the duration of the timeslot.
Event-type products are designed for group activities with a fixed number of spots available per time slot. Unlike reservation products, which reserve a space with a deposit, event products allow customers to purchase individual spots in a scheduled activity until the capacity is reached.

Group activities with limited seating
Ticketed events with a maximum capacity
Key Difference from Reservation Products:
Event → Customers book spots in a shared activity (15 kids in an art class).
Reservation → Customers reserve a space with a deposit (birthday party room).
Giftcert-type products are used for selling gift cards for your facility. When a customer purchases a gift card, they’ll receive an email containing a unique code. This code can be shared with someone else or used for future purchases. Once the code is redeemed, the gift card amount is added as a balance to the recipient’s account. That balance can then be used toward future purchases, and it remains available until fully used.
Fee-type products are not associated with any access credentials. Instead, they’re used to charge miscellaneous fees, apply service charges, or issue credits. These products add flexibility to your business operations.
