Change Camera Resolution for Camio (Camera on main LAN)
If your camera is connected directly to your router with other devices on your network, it can be accessed through the "Boxes" page on the Camio website. From there, we can log into the camera and change the resolution
- Log in to your Camio account.
- Click the account email in the top right corner, then select the "Boxes" option from the menu.
- Each of the cameras connected to your account will be displayed. Click the "Show password" checkbox and take note of the "Username" and "Password" fields. You will need them momentarily.
- Underneath the camera you wish to configure, click the "Open xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" button. The exact sequence of numbers depends on your network and will not be the same set listed here.
- The camera login page should show up. Log in with the credentials found in step 3.
If the page does not load, your camera might be located on a CamLAN through another service such as Eagle Eye. If this is the case, you must access the camera through their interface instead.
- Click the "Configuration" button located at the top of the page.
- From the menu on the left, select the "Video/Audio" section. On that page, use the dropdown to change the Resolution to 1280*720P.
Be sure to click the "Save" button or your changes will be discarded!
